Spotlighting Medium-Bodied, Smooth Whites

In the two plus years since this publication was launched, the total number of great value wine picks identified in the monthly newsletters has grown to over 250 (out of approximately 3500 wines listed in B.C. Government liquor stores).

However, I realized that going back through the monthly newsletters to find a particular wine you were interested in might be a bit of a chore, so I thought it time to try something a little different.

Thus far, the wines have been categorized by wine style, but other information provided, included the country, the wine’s score and the price.

So, I’ve taken all the wine picks in the Medium-Bodied Smooth White wine style since the newsletter began, reshuffled them by country and ordered them by score from highest to lowest for each country. This posting will remain on the web site and be updated as more wines are added to the category. So, if you are a paid subscriber, any time you want to check to see all the wines in this style you can just click on the posting. I have not included the prices but as with the monthly newsletters, there is a link provided for each wine that you can click to quickly check the current price and availability.

Note that this way of organizing the wines is not going to replace the regular monthly newsletter, it’s a bonus for paid subscribers and if you find it helpful, there will be an added posting every month that focuses on a different wine category. The regular monthly newsletter will be come out as usual.
